As a business, we know you depend on the Gambit Fingerprinting products, services, and systems registered to your company. This service guarantee outlines our commitment to you as a business client, and what you are entitled to in the unlikely event one of our platforms becomes unavailable.

Gambit Fingerprinting guarantees scheduled maintenance times will be made available to you, and unscheduled maintenance will be addressed with the highest level of urgency. We also guarantee you will be able to reach us at the phone number, email address and civic address listed on this website. If an outage occurs for any of our services, we will work diligently to fix the problem.

Please keep in mind; we cannot control downtime resulting from your own vendor's (e.g. website host's) third party equipment, or force majeure. Any system that is not within the primary control of Gambit Fingerprinting (e.g. your municipal Internet connection) could prevent you from accessing our services.

This service guarantee applies to the primary hosting service, and excludes any services or tools not explicitly mentioned, including, but not limited to, deployment and integrations with third party services. In addition, projects under development routinely go down for maintenance and upgrades.
